Terms of Service

The service

Contact Concert lets creators collect their published content and send automated email newsletters to people who chose to subscribe.

Your account

Keep your login secure. You're responsible for what you send. You must be at least 16 years old.

Acceptable use

Only email people who opted in to hear from you. No spam, purchased lists, phishing, malware, illegal content, harassment or deceptive content. We may pause sending or close accounts with high bounce or complaint rates, or that break these rules.

Your content

You own your content and your subscriber list. You let us process them only to provide the service. AI-written drafts are yours to edit and send.

Plans and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Trials do not require a card. Lifetime plans are granted at our discretion and cover the service for as long as it operates.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to account holders.
