Privacy Policy

What we collect

Creators: your name, email, password hash, billing status (Stripe processes card details; we never see or store them), the sources you connect and the content we fetch from them.

Subscribers of a creator: email address, optional name, signup source and time, confirmation status, and delivery events (delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, unsubscribed).

How we use it

To run the service: fetch your public content, write and send newsletters, show analytics, prevent abuse and handle billing. We do not sell personal data. Content is processed with Cloudflare Workers AI and is not used to train models.

Processors

Cloudflare (hosting, database, email delivery, AI, bot protection) and Stripe (payments).

Subscribers

Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Creators are responsible for having permission to email the contacts they import. Subscriber data belongs to the creator, and we process it on their behalf.

Retention and your rights

You can export or delete your data at any time by emailing [hi@contactconcert.com](mailto:hi@contactconcert.com). We delete account data within 30 days of an account being closed, except where the law requires us to keep records.

Cookies

We use a single, essential session cookie to keep you signed in. Open and click tracking in emails is used only to show aggregate stats to the creator.
