How does the free trial work?
Sign up and you get every feature of the Agency plan for 7 days, with no card required. When the trial ends, your account moves to the Free plan automatically unless you upgrade. Upgrade anytime during the trial and your paid plan replaces it right away.
How fast does my plan activate?
Instantly. As soon as Stripe confirms your payment, your Contact Concert account is upgraded. If you're new, we create the account with your checkout email, and you just set a password.
Can I switch plans or cancel later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime from the billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the period you've paid for.
What counts as a subscriber?
A browser that has opted in to receive push notifications from one of your websites. Visitors who haven't opted in don't count.
Do you offer discounts?
Annual billing gives you two months free. Have a promo code? Enter it on the checkout page.
